This system produced gains of up to +24 HP and +17 lbs. x Ft. TQ., as measured on our in-house dyno. This system is constructed of 1-7/8 in. - 2-1/8 in.- 2-3/4 in. mandrel-bent 304 stainless steel tubing for maximum strength, durability, and corrosion resistance. Tri-Y designed with optimized tube lengths and specifically tuned paired opposite firing cylinders to improve cylinder scavenging, exhaust flow, and performance. These Headers includes an auxiliary O2 bung and plug for either a wide-band O2 sensor or other instrumentation. Titanium Color Cerakote Ceramic outside finish with Copper Ceramic coating on the inside of headers. This coating combination reduces the outside surface temperature of headers and reduces engine compartment temperatures by as much as 46% vs. non-coated headers. These headers are highly recommended for convertible applications where the top is stored over the engine compartmentTIG Welded inlet ports for strength, eliminating flange warpage, and improves exhaust flow.Factory style laser cut 304 stainless steel flanges are used for a secure leak-free seal. This system has been designed to retain all factory sensors and is compatible with the factory catalytic converters for a hassle-free installation. Includes manifold bolts and factory gaskets for a direct bolt-on system. No cutting or modifications required. These headers produces a powerful sound unleashing all available horsepower and torque. Utilizing state-of-the-art computer-aided design technology, these headers are designed for custom, high tolerance factory fitment.
